What Does the Warranty Cover?
What’s included in the limited warranty?
Our 12-month/12,000-mile limited warranty covers major components of your vehicle’s engine, transmission, heating/AC, and drive axles. That means things like your radiator, timing belt, alternator, starter motor, torque converter, and more are protected—as long as you’re current on your payments and service. We want to reduce your worry about big repairs so you can stay focused on the road ahead.
What’s not covered under the warranty?
The warranty excludes cosmetic issues (like trim, upholstery, or paint), wear-and-tear parts (like brakes and batteries), or items already covered under a manufacturer recall. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, or missed maintenance is also not covered. For full terms, see your Drive Casa representative or warranty paperwork at time of sale. What Maintenance Support Do I Get?
How do complimentary oil changes work?
When you buy a qualifying vehicle from Drive Casa, you receive complimentary oil changes every 3,000 miles or 3 months (whichever comes first) during the first year. This is our way of helping you stay on schedule with your maintenance and saving you money on regular service. Just bring your vehicle to any of our locations and we’ll take care of the rest.
What inspections are done before I buy?
Every vehicle on our lot passes a rigorous multi-point inspection and must meet both our internal standards and those set by the Texas Department of Public Safety. If a vehicle doesn’t pass, we either fix it or don’t sell it—period. That’s how we make sure you’re getting a safe, reliable car from the start. Includes inspection report so you see what was checked.
