Update after 4 months. They ask u to leave the review after getting approved so of course it's positives on here but don't be fooled I just deleted my 5 stars because my ford fusion has been going in reverse in every gear. highly dangerous!! Took it back and they also found ac issues and want a $100... deductable. TRASH operation. Darn shame in a few months I am back getting Ubers. Yes they put the next due payment to back of loan but all the cost of public transportation will be more. Pathetic !! For some reason they talk like they doing me a favor fixing that trash car when in fact it's business!! Miss a payment and they calling threatening to cut it off remotely though! Show more

Where do I begin, Claritza H. was very helpful and very patient with us. We went back and forth for a little over a week and even came in on her day off to help us look at it as we were from out of town. She was able to secure a great deal for us and we were able to come home with the vehicle we wan...ted. I wanted to thank her and 100% recommend her for all your car buying needs!!! Ask for claritza! Juan was BEYOND amazing & helpful. Went above & beyond for getting all paperwork done before I made the drive to see him & assured me I would be driving home in a new whip & did exactly that.
