After our Car Accident on Christmas 2023, owning our Toyota Corolla for 4 years it was a total loss .. My son was afraid to step in a car for two 1/2 weeks after the incident Luckily we were blessed to all walk away from the accident ?? Now we upgraded, now he loves it and even says he feels so much... more Safe!! Big shout out to Big Joe for not only patience with us, but great communication, making sure that we put family and safety first. 100% recommend! Show more

Jasmine was our sales person and let me just tell you this. From start to finish she was amazing. The knowledge the patience and much more. Listen my brother was super down about other places saying no. And when she said well I can get you in something. When she said well you’re approved his whole... face lit up. We test drove the vehicle and it’s really good. They even offered him a warranty. That’s a plus because not too many places do that for a used vehicle. Make sure y’all go see Jasmine! Show more

If you’re looking for a used car lot that WONT screw you over, this is the place to go. All I’ve had is bad experiences with every single use Car lot I’ve ever been to….specifically due to Sergio, the salesman who went above and beyond for me made the experience quick easy and didn’t take ...advantage like every other car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Go to Drivecasa on Harry Hines and SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR SERGIO…. And don’t forget to tell him mia you sent you. We will both get discounts for referrals? Show more

This is the third vehicle I’ve acquired through Adolfo, I bought one vehicle from him back in 2020 from another dealership he worked at and have been following him ever since. It’s hard to find someone TRUST WORTHY and HONEST and that’s what Adolfo has. He has very great communication skills a...nd always has an answer to every question and solution to every problem! I lost count of how many relatives, workers and friends I’ve referred to him just because the way he handles business, I don’t do it for the referral money but I do it to help my people by putting them in good hands! He always has the best deals in the buy here pay here industry, I’ve shopped around numerous amount of times and he always comes up with the best deal and has also helped me re-establish my credit to the point where I got approved for a home! This time I got the pleasure of meeting his brother Sergio and I’ll tell y’all what, A five star review is the least they deserve. Sergio was just as great as Adolfo he had some World Class Customer Service and his level of humbleness amazed me, I see why he has all the Number 1 Top Salesman trophy’s laying around his office lol. Being a business owner and having over 20 people on payroll I know for a fact the Gallegos brothers are great assets to this company. This was by far the easiest and best experience ever!! We struggled to get my little sister into a car from dealership yo dealership until we came to Drive Casa with Sarai. She was honestly the best!!! She was so helpful in every aspect and made the whole process so easy! I was so happy and pleased ...with her customer service. I can’t stress enough how great of an experience we had with Sarai at Drive Casa. Highly recommend her!! Show more

10/10 Highly recommend. I came in today to get a car and TITO got me in the car that I wanted plus he was very respectful, kind, and very friendly. I spent no more than a hour and a half in the office and drive off the lot with the car I wanted with no hassle. If you go please talk to Tito, he will ...get the job done in a timely manner and you Will definitely get a great laugh with him.
